1. VEHICLES: SPECIFIC VEHICLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED; SEE BELOW (RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT).

   1. 'Recession Town Car' sedan - Request It!  (1-5 pass.)  The 'Recession Town Car' sedan  seats 3-4 adults comfortably, 5 person max. capacity.  This service is in a basic older model Cadillac sedan.  Basic sedans are comfortable, not smoked in, well-taken-care-of and year 2002 or older vehicles. Not recommended for business or 1st class travelers, as it is an older model vehicle.  For business or 1st class travelers, if desired, we recommend either the executive-class town car sedan, SUV limo or stretch limo, described below. 

   2. EXECUTIVE TOWN CAR SEDAN (1-5 pass.) - Is year 2002 or newer vehicle and seats 3-4 adults comfortably, 5 person max. capacity. Rate is approximately 15-20% above the base rate.

   3. Executive SUV Denali Limo (1-6 pass.) - Is year 2002 or newer vehicles. and seats 3-4 adults comfortably, and with 2 fold down seats, makes it a 6 person max. capacity. Rate is approximately 35% above the base rate.

   4. 8 pass. Stretch Limo (8 pass.) - Seats 6-8 adults comfortably; 8 person max. capacity.  Rate is approximately 75% above the base rate.

   5. Limo Bus (14 pass.) - Seats up to 14 adults comfortably; 14/16 person max. capacity.  Rate is approximately 150% above the base rate.

• RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT: The Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute equipment from our fleet or from other companies in order to fulfill this reservation agreement, but will endeavor to maintain the vehicle agreed upon.  The substituted equipment is guaranteed to accommodate your groups person # as reflected in the reservation agreement; but is NOT guaranteed to be the same type of vehicle. 

• If you order the EXECUTIVE town car sedan, you may receive either the EXECUTIVE town car sedan or SUV limo as we use them interchangeably.  We occasionally must exchange the EXECUTIVE TOWN CAR SEDAN or SUV with the 'recession town car', in which case your rate will automatically be reduced to reflect the 'recession town car' rate. 

• During inclement weather (ice, snow, flooding etc.), the custom rate is up to 100% above the BASE RATE. The minimum charge is the SUV rate.

2. Downtown rates to/from PDX within the fareless square are regulated by the City of Portland at $50.  Outside the fareless square in Downtown, $40 'recession town car' rate may apply.  Within the fareless square, the basic 'recession town car' rate includes the chauffeur gratuity.  Downtown to Downtown on-line special: $40.00 for the SUV limo or $60/hour for 1-3 ppl. ($30 for our basic town car service or $50/hour; 2 hr. min., 1-4 ppl.).
