Follow the 2 steps below: (If you ordered either the stretch limo or limo/shuttle bus, please contact us.)
If you have problems locating 'Reserved Vehicles', ask a Traffic Assistant or the information booth at commercial lane #4, or call My Chauffeur directly at 503-969-4370. Your driver & vehicle will be waiting for you on arrival at ‘Reserved Vehicles’, but you may call My Chauffeur at baggage claim or while exiting your flight if you would like to check the status of your driver & reserved vehicle. Be sure to have your phone on to receive text message updates.
Always telephone My Chauffeur at the airport if for any reason you cannot locate your driver & vehicle, your reserved vehicle has not arrived or if you have been delayed. If you cannot locate your vehicle; you must call My Chauffeur, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply (see below). Terms & Conditions are below.
Attention: If you would like personal assistance in the terminal from My Chauffeur, your greeter will meet you at either baggage claim, security gate checkpoint or curbside. These services is on request and costs $45. Curbside is no additional charge.

- Follow the signs to baggage claim (inside the terminal - lower level); retrieve your bags (if applicable) and exit the terminal.
- Once outside on the roadway; cross to island #3 -- This is less than a 1 minute walk located next to the taxi line and in front of the Rental Car Center (see MAP link below). Look for the 'Reserved Vehicles' sign and your awaiting driver & vehicle. The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign at the awaiting vehicle.
