from our fleet or from other companies in order to fulfill this reservation
agreement,
but will endeavor to maintain the vehicle
agreed upon. The substituted equipment is guaranteed to accommodate
your groups person # as reflected in the reservation agreement; but is NOT
guaranteed to be the same type of vehicle. Discounts may apply for
substituted equipment not in the same 'category' as the scheduled vehicle.

locate your reserved vehicle after arrival at PDX:

'It's Easy'
PDX arrivals meet their chauffeur & vehicle at ground transportation,
'Reserved Vehicles',
located just outside of baggage claim on the lower level roadway.
Follow the 2 steps below.

Exit
the terminal through baggage claim.

Cross to island #3 to get to
'Reserved
Vehicles' and your awaiting chauffeur & vehicle, a 1 minute walk.

The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign at the vehicle. If you have problems
locating 'Reserved Vehicles', ask a Traffic Assistant or the
information booth at commercial lane #4, or call My Chauffeur directly at
503-969-4370. Always
telephone My Chauffeur at the airport if for any reason your vehicle has
not arrived or you have been delayed.
