PRICING/BILLING TERMS/CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

PRICING/QUOTES:

Rate is by mileage, reservation date & time, person # & the amount of luggage. The amount of luggage will determine the person capacity of any vehicle. My Chauffeur will make a recommendation for a vehicle based on the amount of people and luggage and then you decide which vehicle to order.  NOTE: In the event that luggage space runs out, the remaining pieces of luggage will need to go inside the vehicle and/or on people's laps and/or an additional vehicle ordered.

Our Rates:

The Flat Rate is calculated using a minimum fare of $45 and these average city rates:

DOWNTOWN & OTHER POINT TO POINT SERVICE:

  • Black car sedan - $3.00 per mile*

  • Stretch Limo - $6.00 per mile*

  • Limo Bus/Shuttle Bus - $9.00 per mile*

PDX SERVICE: (Discounted)

  • Black car sedan - $3.00 per mile*

  • Stretch Limo - $4.50 per mile*

  • Limo Bus/Shuttle Bus - $6.00 per mile*

  • 3% CASH DISCOUNT: Exact change is required as your driver carries no change.

  • 1st-time user - $10 Instant Coupon; code: 1st-time$10. New reservations only please.

EARLY MORNING, LATE NIGHT OR PEAK TRAFFIC TIMES - - MY CHAUFFEUR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ABOVE YOUR STANDARD RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING PICKUP TIMES: (Sedan rates are below. Stretch Limo and Limo Bus are additional cost)

Your Rate May Change During The Following Times:

  • Peak Traffic Times:

    • 6:00AM-9:30AM Monday - Friday: Up to 50% additional cost.

    • 2:00PM-7:00PM Monday - Friday: Up to 50% additional cost.

  • Late Night/Early Morning:

    • 11:00PM-11:59AM, $15 ADDITIONAL CHG. APPLIES. 20% for trips of $100 or more.

    • 12:00AM-12;59AM: $20 ADDITIONAL CHG. APPLIES. 20% for trips of $125 or more.

    • 1:00AM-3:59AM, $25 ADDITIONAL CHG. APPLIES. 20% for trips of $150 or more.

  • Affiliates: If we are unable to perform your reservation; we may need to use an affiliate.  In this case, your rate will reflect our affiliates rate.

    The above times are calculated from the scheduled pickup time or scheduled PDX landing time. This additional fee covers the additional driver/vehicle expense/gas and relates to the amount of service you receive. If you change your pickup day and/or time after the initial reservation is made and after you receive your confirmation; the associated costs may change and you may or may not receive an updated confirmation--Therefore please inquire about cost changes if you change your reservation details. Custom rates may apply for pickups outside the Portland metro area.

  • Vantage Club members receive a 15% discount off of the base rate & 15% discount off the additional cost rates above. In the case of the use of an affiliate; your rate may reflect our affiliate's rate. These discounts may not be combined with any other special rate/discount. 'No Signature' Accounts require a 20% driver gratuity and PRE-PAYMENT. See below, 'Right To Substitute Equipment' under Vehicles.

  • Ice, soda pop & glassware etc. (ON REQUEST and may be at additional cost)

  • In the event that a vehicle or driver is not available; custom rates may apply.

  • In the event of an hourly rate or tour originating from PDX airport, the hourly rate or tour time will begin AT ACTUAL FLIGHT TOUCHDOWN.

  • If you add persons mid-reservation or between reservations, those persons must be with your family, organization etc., otherwise a surcharge will apply.

  • Reservations made less than 12 hours advance may require a $10 surcharge or 15% of charge, whichever is greater. To guarantee your able to make a reservation, our office hours are 7AM-6PM DAILY.

  • STOPS:

    • STOPS EN-ROUTE - $5-$15 (TOWN CAR SEDAN) - PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT OTHER VEHICLES. Contact us for your specific ‘additional stop’ costs, if applicable

    • STOPS OFF-ROUTE - VEHICLE HOURLY RATE APPLIES. Contact us for your specific ‘additional stop’ costs, if applicable

  • CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY: Chauffeur gratuity of 20% was NOT included with the purchase of service and is appreciated. Your chauffeur works hard to ensure your transport is safe and timely. An automatic 20% driver gratuity will apply for the following circumstances:

    • The credit card is not available for imprint or processing, signifying a ‘no-signature account’.

    • The Customer (credit card holder) requests that My Chauffeur process the payment without credit card present, signifying a ‘no-signature account’.

    • The Payee (credit card holder) is not present at the time of the reservation, signifying a ‘no-signature account’.

    • Any other reason may require an automatic drivers gratuity.

    An automatic chauffeur gratuity does not apply unless specifically stated on your price quote or reservation form/confirmation.

  • Inclement Weather - During inclement weather (ice, snow, flooding etc.), the custom rate is up to 100% above the BASE RATE. We do not operate under severe icy conditions.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.  Quoted rates are deemed accurate; but are an initial quote and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Rate quote is location, person #, date & time specific.  If the location, person # or date & time changes, your rate may change.

  • YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BOOK.

  • CASH PAYMENTS - EXACT CHANGE IS REQUIRED AS YOUR DRIVER CARRIES NO CHANGE. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BOOK.

BILLING:

By selecting, "SUBMIT FORM" on the reservation form, I hereby authorize temporarily placing this credit card on file with My Chauffeur.  I understand that my card information will be on file with My Chauffeur until the end of the reservation or reservations and for a reasonable time thereafter, and I may initiate payments to My Chauffeur using this card.  I understand that My Chauffeur will charge my card at the termination of the reservation contract, or at “rides end”.  I understand that if I should become past due on my My Chauffeur fees or my account suspended, My Chauffeur may charge my fees owed to this card.  This authorization to perform charges to my card will remain in full force and effect until one of the following events: (i) the termination of my contract with My Chauffeur, (ii) the expiration of my card, or (iii) the termination of this authorization, notified from me to My Chauffeur, or (iv) the termination of the requested services ordered herein (on this contract) and a reasonable time thereafter to perform and finalize the transaction.* **

 

* A Signature For Your Credit Card May Is Required On Your Reservation Date.  You May Use A Different Card From The One Above Or Cash For The Final Payment.

** My Chauffeur may request your credit card info to be held temporarily on-file for the duration of your current reservation.  Unless requested, we do not hold your credit card information on-file for future reservations. For a request to keep your CC info. on file; please inform your reservation agent.


TERMS:

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Confirmation With No Penalty.  If your flight is cancelled, the passenger must call My Chauffeur to cancel or confirm their new flight # at least 3 hours before scheduled PDX landing time.  If any cancellation occurs less than three (3) hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit card.  3-hour cancellation notice must be by phone call or text message and must be confirmed with cancellation #.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.  The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My Chauffeur.

My Chauffeur endeavors to maintain the requested schedule; but we reserve the right to change pickup times for proper scheduling.

VEHICLES: My Chauffeur will endeavor to maintain the vehicle contracted for; BUT SPECIFIC VEHICLES OR TYPE OF VEHICLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED; SEE BELOW (RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT). However, the vehicle is guaranteed to accommodate for the person # contracted for in your reservation – If a vehicle change is necessary, your cost will not go higher.  If a vehicle 'downgrade' is necessary, your cost may lower to reflect the other vehicle costs, if applicable. All vehicles are clean & not smoked in. Private service is guaranteed. The amount of luggage will affect vehicle person capacity or selection of vehicle.

  1. 2-4 PASS. EXECUTIVE LEXUS SEDAN (2-4 pass.**) - Executive Lexus or town car sedan is a newer vehicle and seats 2-4 adults comfortably, 4 person max. capacity.

    Executive-class LEXUS comes with these options:

    • DVD

    • Moon/Sun Roof

    • leather seating

    • AUX jack (There is no power outlet other than a cigarette lighter and no USB jack)

    • complimentary water

    • ice, soda pop & glassware etc. (ON REQUEST and may be at additional cost)

    • & 'black tie' chauffeur...

  2. Stretch Limo (4-8 pass.**) - Seats 6-8 adults comfortably; 8 person max. capacity.  Rate is approximately 150%* of the base rate ('Executive town car' sedan).

    8 pass. stretch limo for comes with these options:

    • Mobile office (AUX jack, electric outlet for laptop, cell phone etc.)

    • reading lamps

    • 3 custom walnut bar with stainless steel

    • Full-tint windows

    • DVD

    • Moon/Sun Roof

    • leather/leatherette seating

    • complimentary water

    • ice, soda pop & glassware etc. (ON REQUEST and may be at additional cost)

    • & 'black tie' chauffeur...

  3. Limo Bus (12-16 pass.**) - Seats up to 12-16 adults comfortably; 16 person max. capacity.  Rate is approximately 200%* of the base rate ('Executive town car' sedan).

    Limo Bus for comes with these options:

    • reading lamps

    • 3 custom walnut bar with stainless steel

    • Half-tint tour windows

    • DVD

    • leather/leatherette seating

    • complimentary water

    • ice, soda pop & glassware etc. (ON REQUEST and may be at additional cost)

  • The credit card holder is responsible for up to 100% of the person # indicated and/or the vehicle minimum person cost requirement; please contact us for your specific liability.

  • RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT: My Chauffeur will endeavor to maintain the vehicle agreed upon, however the Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute equipment from our fleet or from other companies in order to fulfill this reservation agreement.  The substituted equipment is guaranteed to accommodate your groups person # as reflected in the reservation agreement; but is NOT guaranteed to be the same type of vehicle. Discounts may apply for substituted equipment not in the same 'category' as the scheduled vehicle.

  • During inclement weather (ice, snow, flooding etc.), the custom rate is up to 100% above the BASE RATE.

OTHER/TERMS:

  • Service is available 24/7.  Our office hours are 7 am - 8 pm, M-F, and 8 am - 6 pm Saturday. Our office is closed Sundays. A 24 hour or more advance reservation is recommended. 

  • ON-TIME GUARANTEE - We will be on-time at your scheduled pickup location or your ride or next ride is free! For details, see our On-time Guarantee Policy.

  • TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPART: The Company does not agree to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time, but will endeavor to maintain the schedule agreed upon.

  • Extra Baggage: You are allowed about 2-4 bags (1 XL) in the Lexus/town car sedan.  All bags must fit in the vehicle trunk and/or inside of vehicle. Anyone with a large # of bags must upgrade to a larger vehicle. Your driver cannot lift more than 50 lbs. If you have any questions about vehicle space limitations, you should contact us.
  • Pets: Small to Medium size pets only. Must be in an "Airline Approved" pet carrier and will be placed in the baggage compartment. $10.00.  CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 'CLEAN-UP' FEES.
  • REGULATED DOWNTOWN PORTLAND RATES: Downtown rates to/from PDX within the fareless square are regulated by the City of Portland at minimum $50.

  • You may determine what your taxicab rate would be if desired.

  • Downtown to downtown 4 passenger town car special: $40.00 (or $55/hour; 2 hr. min.) rate applies. 

  • Major holidays require a 20% surcharge. 

  • Our vehicles are not always marked on the outside.  At PDX, look for your name on a sign at the vehicle, as mentioned above.  

  • Town cars do not operate during snow/ice weather. 

  • Note: For all PDX destinations; for a waiting driver; the return trip (if applicable) is complimentary going back to your original pickup location.  Variable wait time charges at the destination apply. Hourly service excluded. Restrictions may apply.

'No-Signature' Accounts - Discount rate + 20% driver's gratuity. 

Hourly Charter & non-airport sevice:

  • Hourly/Charter Limo Service/Rates (site re-direct to www.TourPortland.com) from PDX -- $65.00/Hr. & Up (minimum hours apply; rate begins from flight touch-down)

  • Non-PDX service:

    • Pick-ups from 10:00 PM; up to 35% service fee may apply, call for your specific rate.

    • Saturdays and Sundays 9AM - 6PM for all reservations - Charter Rate minimum or custom rate applies for non-PDX service.

    • Minimum limousine charges apply for Friday and Saturday evenings - after 6PM, $250 minimum.
