Limo & chauffeur service.  Our executive-class (premium) service is in an executive-class town car or other executive-class vehicle.

Executive-class town cars are clean, not smoked in, year 2002 or newer vehicles.

Executive-class SUV comes with these options:

Mobile office (electric outlet for laptop, cell phone etc.), reading lamps, 1 custom walnut bar with stainless steel.  Full-tint windows, TV & Moon/Sun Roof, leather/leatherette seating, complimentary water, soft drinks, ice & 'black tie' chauffeur...

The professional chauffeur will be wearing a suit. 

Private service is guaranteed.  You will get all the advantages of our premium service.

Service is available 24/7.  Our office hours are 7 am - 8 pm, M-F, and 8 am - 6 pm Saturday.  Our office is closed Sundays.  A 24 hour or more advance reservation is recommended.

Premium Executive-Class service pricing includes an automatic 20% chauffeur gratuity to be added in addition to the quoted price, unless otherwise stated.  Gas surcharge may apply.

First time users get 20% off RT (discount does not apply for 'Recession town car' or downtown Portland service).

Quoted on-line rates may be approximate and are not guaranteed until confirmed in written confirmation.  My Chauffeur will endeavor to maintain as accurate the on-line prices quoted.  Please call for your specific rate. Custom rates may apply on Saturdays 9AM-6PM or in inclement weather (snow, ice etc., see below)

For airport service pick-ups between 11:00 PM and 12:59 AM, a $15.00 service fee applies for town car. For service pick-ups between 1:00 PM and 2:59 AM, a $20.00 service fee applies.

For airport service pick-ups between 3:00 AM and 3:59 AM, a $10.00 service fee applies.

Round-trip rates are double the one-way rate.

Restrictions may apply on all specials and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Downtown to downtown special: $35.00 (or $50/hour; 2 hr. min.) rate applies. 

Major holidays require a 20% surcharge. 

RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT: The Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute equipment from our fleet or from other companies in order to fulfill this reservation agreement, but will endeavor to maintain the vehicle agreed upon. 

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPART: The Company does not agree to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time, but will endeavor to maintain the schedule agreed upon. 

All pickups are in Cadillac or Lincoln Town Car sedans, or SUV.  Our vehicles are not always marked on the outside.  At PDX, look for your name on a sign at the vehicle, as mentioned above.  

Large capacity limousines are available for extra people up to 22 or more or extra luggage.  Please inquire about cost.

Town Car does not operate during snow/ice weather.  AWD Denali rates apply.

Note: For destinations outside the Portland Metro. Area, the return trip (if applicable) to Portland PDX is complimentary.  Additional charges may apply outside of PDX.  Variable wait time charges at the destination apply. Hourly rates excluded.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Confirmation With No Penalty.  If your flight is cancelled, the passenger must call My Chauffeur to cancel or confirm their new flight # at least 2 hours before scheduled PDX landing time.  If any cancellation occurs less than two (2) hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit card.  2-hour cancellation notice must be by phone call or text message and must be confirmed with cancellation #.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.  The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My Chauffeur.

UNIVERSAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Charter & non-airport sevice:

Hourly & charter service from PDX -- $65.00 / Hr & Up (minimum hours apply; rate begins from flight touch-down)

Non-PDX service:

Pick-ups from 10:00 PM; 35% service fee may apply, call for your specific rate.

Saturdays and Sundays 9AM - 6PM for all reservations - Charter Rate minimum or custom rate applies for non-PDX service.

Minimum limousine charges apply for Friday and Saturday evenings - after 6PM, $250 minimum.
