Corporate/Private Rate Plan Terms & Conditions

Service is available 24/7.
Our office hours are 7 am - 8 pm, M-F, and 8 am - 6 pm Saturday. Our
office is
closed Sundays. A 24
hour or more advance reservation is recommended.

Monthly rate plan (if
available) goes from
1st - 31st of each month.

Yearly rate plan starts on the
rate plan purchase date and extends for 12 months from that date. You may
request a time extension, and on your account review, an extension may be
awarded.

Rate Plan must be
pre-purchased.

Rate Plan is only valid within
the
Portland Metro. Area,
Locations outside the Portland Metro are at additional cost.

Additional rides over the
allotment purchased reverts to the regular fare by zip code, unless an
automatic upgrade applies.

For airport service pick-ups between 11:00 PM and
12:59 AM, a $15.00 service fee applies. For airport service pick-ups between 1:00 PM and 2:59 AM, a $20.00 service fee applies. For airport service pick-ups between 3:00 AM and
3:59 AM, a $10.00 service fee applies.

Rate plan may be cancelled at any time.
All account financial balances
must be at zero for the termination to be processed.
CANCELLATIONS before 1 year are refunded minus the value of the # of rides
already received. The value of each ride received would be at the regular
rate from your zip code (maximum is the value of your rate plan) and not the
discounted Rate Plan rate.
OTHER:

All pickups are in Cadillac
or Lincoln town car sedans, unless requested otherwise.

Large capacity limousines
(at a 50% savings) are available for extra people up to 22 or more or
extra luggage.
TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer Within 24 Hours Of Reservation
Confirmation With No Penalty. If your flight is cancelled, the passenger must
call My Chauffeur to cancel or confirm their new flight # at least 2 hours
before scheduled PDX landing time. If any cancellation occurs less than two (2)
hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of the trip
plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit card. 2-hour
cancellation notice must be by phone call or text message and must be confirmed
with cancellation #.
Email
cancellations will not be accepted.
The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My Chauffeur.
